Meet Zuri (ID6224)

Say hello to Zuri, a brindle goddess! We think Zuri is mixed with Boxer, in looks only, because she is total Ridgeback in every other aspect! She has a nice ridge, loves playing with other dogs, loves a couch and snuggling in a human bed, will eat almost anything, hates rain, helpful in the kitchen cleaning countertops 😉 and is a total goofball. Zuri came into Rescue when she was left at a rural shelter. She’s a pretty big girl at almost 80 lbs and she doesn’t realize her size. Zuri has been a wonderful foster, she is so easy. Zuri loves all humans and other dogs. Because she doesn’t know her own size and can be very playful, very small humans are probably not a good idea. Cats are unknown, but she does chase squirrels. Zuri is UTD on shots and spayed, HW neg and on preventative, microchipped, house and crate trained, walks ok on lead, loves car rides, knows some commands, is quiet in the house. She is so friendly and happy! Zuri needs a fenced in yard and another playful dog in her forever home. She does play RR style so it needs to be a dog who can handle that. This girl is the sweetest and will be a fabulous family dog! Zuri is being fostered in the Raleigh, NC area. DOB 6/30/23
