Meet Charlie (ID6205)

Charlie was abandoned in a building with seven other dogs. The landlord of the property called animal control and RR Rescue pulled Charlie. He has been a loved dog in the past, he a such a well behaved gentleman. Charlie knows the couch and the bed! He is quiet in the house, walks calmly on lead, is crate and house trained, UTD on shots, neutered, HW neg and on preventative, knows some commands and gets along with other dogs. He seems more comfortable with women at first but does warm up to men quickly. Cats are an unknown. With his demeanor, he would probably be ok with older children as well. Charlie is a wonderfully sweet, ridgeless, older boy who is very happy to be an inside dog again! Charlie has pretty significant ear infections that have gone unchecked and resulted in a large ear hematoma that will require surgery to correct prior to adoption. Once that is done, he will feel so much better and will be ready to embark on lots of adventures with his forever family. DOB approx 10/26/18. Charlie is being fostered in the Charlotte, NC area.
