THEME
The theme for the 2011 Rescue Quilt is "Ridgebacks in Great Places."

STYLE
This beautiful block-pieced quilt features our ridgebacks visiting famous places around the world. The finished size of the quilt is 55 in. by 66 in. (140 cm by 167 cm). The quilt layout and assembly were completed by Laraine Caponi. The quilt label was made by Pat Ottaway. Custom, long-arm machine quilting was completed by Lynn Beck of Grammy’s Quilting in Arizona. While this quilt will provide plenty of warmth as a bedcover, it also has an ample hanging sleeve and is ready to be safely displayed on a quilting rod as a decorative wall hanging.

RAFFLE
The 2011 quilt was raffled to raise funds for Rhodesian Ridgeback Rescue, Inc. The winning ticket was selected at the 80th RRCUS National Specialty Show in Rapid City, South Dakota, on Thursday, September 15, 2011.
